DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

We need a sharp thinker with experience in account management & digital marketing to take over and drive client management for our anti-agency.

This role suits someone who is brilliant at building relationships, managing competing priorities and lives / dies by the to-do list.

You will primarily be responsible for managing client expectation & planning / executing the roll-out of digital marketing strategies.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be directly accountable for driving highly profitable customer acquisition on behalf of Glass Elephant Clients.

 

You executing the plans for Paid Social (FB, IG & YT), Direct Outreach (Klaviyo & Manychat), Influencer Campaigns & Web Infrastructure (CRO) under the banner of our 'Hyper' Customer Acquisition product. The strategy for this is created by our digital marketing director and over time you will grow with the role and assist / take over strategy.

 

 The only metric success can be determined by its direct ROI. Customers. Sales.

 

Capable of analysing data and making strong decisions - You will collaborate with our team to roll out innovative strategies aimed at delivering more ROI for our clients.

 

You should be excited to take performance marketing beyond customer acquisition to foster customer engagement and retention.

 

You will be...

- Ideating, create and test paid media campaigns to acquire new leads and customers.

- Continuously A/B test campaigns, ad groups, creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates & lower CPAs.

- Monitor spend and performance on a daily basis to reach or exceed monthly acquisition goals.

- Thoroughly understand client’s business, goals, and KPIs

- Communicate with team lead on all elements of the campaign, including performance, project status, and client goals.

- Submit weekly client reports and agendas on time, every week.

- Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)

- Seek automation opportunities to scale impact and reach of paid media effort

 

We think you'll need...

- 6+ months digital marketing experience

- Strong knowledge of Excel/spreadsheet management, and a knack for analyzing large amounts of data.

- Basic copywriting skills

- Background and/or experience with design a plus (i.e Photoshop)

- Ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial, innovative and collaborative team-based environment.

- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities and pay strong attention to details.
